Asbestos banned in the UK and 17 years on this company is still taking risks!
Gas engineer Brian Hockin (58) was alerted to the possibility that he had disturbed potentially dangerous asbestos whilst working at a house in Wrafton. The teneants raised their concerns about the asbestos but Mr Hockin continued to remove the material putting himself and others at risk from exposure to asbestos fibres.
Mr Hockin was removing an old warm air heating system when he disturbed a quantity of asbestos insulation board that surrounded the warm air boiler.
